Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) organized the Guest Speaker Talk titled “Transforming the Future of Food: Embracing Sustainability and Enhancing Customer Eating Experience through Innovative Food Technology” presented by Ms Michelle Che, Business Development Manager of Meat the Next. This event was supported by the Fung Yiu King Evergreen College.
Meat the Next is a superfood technology company enabling delicious, nutritionally balanced and affordable Smart Proteins product solutions. The company aims at developing diets to deal with climate change. From global to local, it focuses on Asian Smart Protein applications. The company has its own farm and food technology, and so it has a direct supply of green and clean-label plant-based raw materials. Through their self-developed protein extrusion machine and advanced fermentation technology, Meat the Next can provide downstream food solutions and New Generation Food to meet customers’ needs.

With growing experience in project management and operations, she thrives in fast-paced environments where innovation and growth are paramount. Michelle has been playing a pivotal role in building partnerships, securing funding, and driving business development initiatives.
