On 1 November 2024, the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) organised an insightful visit to the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). This event brought together students and colleagues from HSUHK, who had the opportunity to explore various innovative facilities, including the AI Applications Hall, Future FoodTech Lab, Green Living Laboratory, and Aqua Research Laboratory etc.

The participants found the visit was an enlightening experience, providing them with a deeper understanding of the pivotal role that HKPC plays in fostering local technology development. The tour served as a valuable opportunity for the HSUHK community to gain insights into the future of manufacturing trends and the advancements shaping the industry. Most importantly, this bridged academic learning with real-world applications in technology and innovation.
