On behalf of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), we are delighted to announce that the HSUHK Entrepreneurship Day 2024 was successfully held on 28 May 2024. This year, we were honoured to welcome Mr Henry Li (李潤龍先生) – Head of Ecosystem Development at Cyberport – who delivered a keynote speech entitled "Tech Entrepreneurship as a Career – A Golden Opportunity (將科技創業成為職業 – 千載難逢的機會)." Mr Li is highly skilled in brand publicity, operational efficiency, and network development, with expertise spanning business planning, branding strategy, CRM analysis, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition and retention.
During this signature event, Mr Clarence Leung (梁宏正先生), BBS, JP, Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs of the HKSAR Government, shared his insights on youth development. The pitches delivered by the finalist teams of the HSUHK Entrepreneurship Challenge 2024 were outstanding. The event also featured showcases of innovative start-up teams from HSUHK.
To foster networking, we invited aspiring young entrepreneurs, alumni, faculty members, angel investors, and business leaders to exchange views on entrepreneurship. The occasion also celebrated the remarkable entrepreneurial achievements of outstanding HSUHK young talents.
