On behalf of Wu Jieh Yee Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (WUCIE) of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, we are glad to announce that the HSUHK Entrepreneurship Day 2021 was successfully held on 28 May 2021. It was our annual event which provided a networking opportunity for our aspiring student entrepreneurs, alumni entrepreneurs, potential investors, business executives, faculty members and other supporters to join together celebrating our students’ entrepreneurial success.
This year, we were very honoured that Mr Duncan Chiu (邱達根先生) had given an inspiring keynote speech on the topic “The Road of Innovation after COVID-19 – Perspective from an Investor” (以一名投資者的視角，講述疫情後的創科之路). Mr Chiu is the Convenor of Innovate for Future (IF), the President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (ITJC) and the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Radiant Venture Capital Limited.
There was also the pitching of the five finalist teams of the HSUHK x SCMP Entrepreneurship Challenge (E-Challenge) – a joint event organised by WUCIE, Department of Marketing and SCMP. All the finalists did their best to prepare for the pitching and they all performed great.

Moreover, the champion team of E-Challenge 2020, Idea to Business, shared their entrepreneurial journey during the pandemic period.
