Guest Speaker Talk I: Transforming the Future of Food 

The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) hosted a guest speaker talk titled "Transforming the Future of Food: Embracing Sustainability and Enhancing Customer Eating Experience through Innovative Food Technology," presented by Ms Michelle Che, Business Development Manager of Meat the Next.

Meat the Next is a superfood technology company that creates delicious, nutritious, and affordable Smart Protein solutions. The company focuses on developing sustainable diets to address climate change, with a particular emphasis on Asian Smart Protein applications. With its own farm and proprietary food technology, Meat the Next maintains a direct supply of clean-label, plant-based raw materials. Using its self-developed protein extrusion machine and advanced fermentation technology, the company provides downstream food solutions and New Generation Food products tailored to meet evolving consumer needs.
