On behalf of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), we are delighted to announced that HSUHK Entrepreneurship Day 2024 was successfully held on 28 May 2024. This year, we were very honoured to have Mr Henry Li (李潤龍先生) – Head of Ecosystem Development, Cyberport – to give a keynote speech on the topic “Tech Entrepreneurship as a Career – A Golden Opportunity (將科技創業成為職業 – 千載難逢的機會)”. Mr Li is skilled in enhancing brand publicity, improving operational efficiency, and developing extensive networks. His proficiency extends to business planning, branding strategies, CRM analysis, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition/retention.

During this signature event, Mr Clarence Leung (梁宏正先生) , BBS, JP, Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs (民政及青年事務局副局長), HKSAR shared his insights about youth development. The pitching of the finalist teams of the HSUHK Entrepreneurship Challenge 2024 were fabulous. There would also be showcases featuring the innovative start-up teams from HSUHK throughout the event.

To foster networking opportunities, we invited aspiring young entrepreneurs, alumni, faculty members, angel investors and business elites to exchange views of entrepreneurship diligence. It was also an occasion to celebrate the remarkable entrepreneurial achievements of outstanding HSUHK young talents.
