HSUHK Entrepreneurship Day 2025 was a remarkable event that brought together our aspiring young entrepreneurs, esteemed alumni, dedicated faculty members, potential investors, and key industry stakeholders. It provided an invaluable platform for exchanging innovative ideas, fostering collaboration, and igniting the entrepreneurial spirit within our community.
We were particularly honoured to host Mr Derek Chim, Head of Startup Ecosystem and Development at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), who delivered an inspiring keynote speech titled "Fail Fast, Rise Fast: How Startups Cross the Chasm to Achieve Long-Term Success." His insights highlighted the resilience and adaptability essential for startups to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape.
Additionally, we celebrated the launch of the GBA Youth Start-up and Social Innovation Programme, marking a significant milestone for HSUHK's aspiring young entrepreneurs. This initiative offers seed funding to help innovators transform their business concepts into reality, empowering the next generation to make their mark in the entrepreneurial world.
